3. Local Computing & Compatibility

You acknowledge that CompressNeo executes all calculations directly on your local device (computer or smartphone) utilizing your browser's CPU and memory resources. We do not provide server computation or remote file backups. You are responsible for maintaining a modern, HTML5-compliant browser capable of running Web Workers and Canvas rendering pipelines.

4. Intellectual Property

The website design, brand mark, styling components, and source layouts belong exclusively to CodexNeo. The output image files generated by the application are owned entirely by you, and CompressNeo claims no rights, licenses, or royalties on your optimized assets.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

CompressNeo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Because we do not touch or hold your files, we are not responsible for any file data corruption, data loss, or system issues that may result from processing files in your local browser environment.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CodexNeo or its team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this local software utility.
